"I believe that after 30 years on the mat, the most important thing I can share isn't a difficult pose—it’s the joy of moving safely and sustainably.

My background is rooted in the traditional lineages of Ashtanga (Level 2 Authorized) and Iyengar, but my heart is in Yoga Therapy. I’ve spent two decades training teachers and working one-to-one to show that a 'strong' practice doesn't have to be aggressive. It should be a source of happiness, structural integrity, and deep energetic connection.

Whether we meet at the Burren Yoga Retreat, the Gort Movement Collective, or for a private session, my goal is to meet you exactly where you are today."
